We will respond to refill requests or office visits within one business day. We will be able to respond to appointment requests within less than a day. (Phoned-in or pharmacy-faxed refill requests will take up to a week.)

Wednesday July 1st you will be able to acdcess our services online at CallFHC.com. Patients of Family Health Center can sign in to get Health Information, Online (virtual) office visits, request medication refills, get lab test results and pay bills. You may login in anytime of day from anywhere in the world.

You can not get off work, but your sick. With travel time and time spent in the office, you can spend up to two hours of your busy day being seen by the physician. Time is money. The time cost and actual cost of a physicians visit can be prohibitive. When you don't have time to be seen at the physicians office, what can you do?

With our new CallFHC.com , you can have a physician's visit any time of day without leaving your business or home. You can even be evaluated while on vacation. Patients at Family Health Center can log on and have a secure office visit with the Physician. The information will be sent to me securely, so no one can see it. I will then complete the visit. We can send prescription and advice, whatever is needed.

The cost of medical care for those without insurance is a problem. Family Heatlh Center has a program to help. When you pay cash at the time of your visit you get a deep discount. As an example, we give discounts up to 75% for certain lab tests. Your typical office visit is discounted by 15% each time you pay cash for the visit.
